Grayton Beach - Florida State Park
Hello.
I’m not one to talk about myself, so I’ll talk about the photo above instead…
My wife and I bought an older motorhome and traveled the country for an indefinite amount of time. We stayed longer in places we loved and breezed through places we didn’t. We left Jersey mid-February, so we were driving South with a mission… get to a warm beach! Although we stopped at a few places along the way, we wound up spending about 3 weeks in Florida. One of our favorite spots was a town called Grayton Beach. It’s on the pan-handle, about 2 hours West of Tallahassee. There are a few places around there that get overrun with spring breakers around the month of March, but this spot remained quiet.
Check it out if you ever get the chance. It’s worth it.
